Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or engage in deceptive practices
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service, including AI-generated posts and images. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions and social media posts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for the content published through your connected social media accounts.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel or change your plan at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge for refund requests.

Free trial accounts have access to limited features for 14 days. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, terms, or availability that may affect the Service's functionality.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time through Settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolff Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, Maryland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
