FeedWolf ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Wolff Creative LLC, based in Ocean City, MD. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our web application at feedwolf.app (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign up with Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
Brand Profile Data
You provide business information including your business name, industry, brand voice description, colors, website, and sample social media posts. This data is used to generate content that matches your brand.
Connected Platform Data
When you connect social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Threads, Google Business), we store encrypted access tokens to publish content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.
Content & Usage Data
We store content you create or generate using the Service, including posts, images, schedules, and analytics. We also collect usage data such as feature interactions and error logs to improve the Service.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the Service, including AI content generation
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Publish content to your connected social media platforms
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- Monitor and fix errors via Sentry (with PII scrubbing)
- Improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation
- Sentry — Error tracking (PII is scrubbed before transmission)
- Social Media Platforms — Content publishing via their official APIs (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, YouTube)
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling practices.
4. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- Essential cookies: Authentication session (Supabase) and CSRF protection token. Required for the Service to function.
- Preference cookies: Cookie consent preference stored in localStorage.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics cookies in the future, they will require your explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Audit log entries are preserved with personally identifiable information removed (user ID set to null) for security and compliance purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — export all your data as JSON from Settings
- Delete your account and all associated data from Settings
- Correct your information by editing your profile in Settings
- Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time
- Object to data processing by contacting us
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage of social media tokens, row-level security in our database, CSRF protection, and rate limiting. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
